Having joined Rickard Luckin as a trainee in 2008, Dean has spent almost two decades advising businesses across a wide range of sectors. During that time, Dean has developed a reputation for being forward thinking and has built extensive experience supporting owner-managed businesses across Essex with business growth strategies, profitability improvement, succession planning, financial leadership and long-term strategic decision-making.

Anyone who knows Dean will know that he sees accountancy as far more than compliance and numbers. His focus has always been on understanding what makes a business tick, building genuine relationships and helping business owners make confident decisions. It's an approach that has earned him the trust of clients and colleagues alike throughout his career.

In his new role as Head of SME, Dean is responsible for leading Rickard Luckin's offering for small and medium-sized businesses, working alongside specialist teams to support organisations across Essex and the wider region.
