Michael Killick
Finance Director | Chelmsford
Michael Killick is our Finance Director, and oversees all of our financial activities.
Since joining us in 1994 and training as an auditor, Michael qualified as a chartered accountant in 2000. Specialising in business consulting, he supported clients with their finance planning and strategy, including forecasting, raising finance, management information systems and profit improvement.
In 2008, Michael turned his focus to the financial matters of the firm, before becoming Finance Director in 2011.
Michael works closely with every team at the firm, ensuring that the day-to-day finance function runs smoothly. As a member of the leadership team, he also provides strategic guidance in the formulation and implementation of the firm’s business plan.

In line with his desire to help manage and grow Rickard Luckin, Michael shares the firm’s passion for taking a personal interest in clients – truly understanding their aims and helping to achieve them
Alongside his role as Finance Director, Michael also oversees the firm’s IT department. He was project lead for the recent refurbishment of each of the firm’s offices.
Outside of work, Michael is a keen football fan – watching and occasionally playing – and enjoys the mixed feeling of supporting Tottenham Hotspur. He is a real foodie (both cooking and eating) and enjoys travelling as much as he can. He is also a music fan and can play the piano and drums.
