Founded in 2011, Kent-based InEvexco provides insurance solutions in the event, exhibition and conference space. Placing in the region of £10m gross written premium (GWP), the 19-strong team will remain in their current roles and continue under the leadership of managing director Mark Clayton, divisional director Mark Blair and operations director Shelley Crocker.

The Rickard Luckin team was led by Mark Brooks (Corporate Finance) and was assisted by the Corporate Tax (James Boustead) and Private Client Teams (Jamie Nice).
